Digital Respons-Ability operates the https://respons-ability.net website, which provides resources and more to educate and empower students, parents and educators on digital citizenship. We also provide courseware to organizations like local education entities (LEAs) that work within their existing platform. We are a content provider, not a platform.
This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, which is our courseware and/or the Digital Respons-Ability website.

Digital Respons-Ability is committed to protecting student data privacy. We do not handle student data. We are a content provider. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.
We do collect information from children through our student surveys in classrooms. These surveys are anonymous, and we share the data with the aggregate with one of our subcontractors to better improve our teaching. We do not advertise to students and never sell any personal identifiable information of children under 13 to any third parties.
All Student Data provided by the platform where our courseware is utilized is and will continue to be the property of and under the control of the LEA. We do not store any student data on our website.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
Digital Respons-Ability does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
